Fife Kickboxing is a family-focused martial arts studio based in Dunfermline. We are passionate about delivering exceptional service to our community while maintaining the integrity of the sport.
The Teen Customer Service Assistant plays a key role in delivering an outstanding first impression and supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the studio. This role ensures that every family experiences professionalism, warmth, and efficiency — from their first enquiry through to ongoing membership.
This role is ideally suited for anyone aged 15-19yo. We need a well-mannered, positive and approachable individual who works well as part of a team.

We’re needing some help with keeping up with sales calls!
These calls are for new inquiries who we want to get booked up for a free trial. They are also follow-ups calls to people who have attended trials – this might be to answer any questions or to get them rebooked for a second trial class.
We make calls all week and on a Saturday. Through the week the best time for making calls is between 6:00pm and 7:00pm. On a Saturday it late morning and around midday.
On week days, this might suit somebody who is waiting on a child who’s training or for someone who’s going to be training at the 7pm class.
Experience with customer service or with sales calls is highly preferred. We have sales scripts and will provide training.
This would be a great way to support the club and pay for your monthly training fees!
