THE FITNESS LAB

The Fitness Lab provide our fitness only training. 

Our Classes are group fitness classes that combine martial arts techniques with body-weight exercises, kettlebells, fast-paced cardio bagwork for a high-energy workout that challenges the beginner and elite athlete alike. Build your strength, power and endurance along with improved coordination and flexibility, and burn calories with our fun and challenging workouts

We are please to offer you your first 2 classes for FREE!

This opportunity will allow you to experience what the classes have to offer by way of improving your fitness, flexibility and confidence.

Classes last 45 minutes and follow a mixed format based around boxing, bodyweight exercises and kettlebells.

Monday 9:30am & 7:00pm
Tuesday 6:00pm
Wednesday 9:30am
Thursday 6:00pm
Friday 9:30am

EQUIPMENT & WHAT TO WEAR

We can provide you with boxing gloves for your taster classes and can supply brand new gloves at a competitive price. 

Wear whatever you find comfortable to exercise in.  Leggings, shorts, teeshirt are all good.  You should also bring water or a sports drink and possibly a towel if you.
